reformation: wall-wounds (found)

On re-entering the undeveloped areas of the former asylum the somatic grumblings of the bricks and mortar were revealed, like a form of autopsy. One type of vestigial trace was where a door handle systematically knocked against a wall - Wall-wounds (found). Though unintentional, these traces indexed the institution's purpose, its values, its economies, its social function, and its spatial rationale.
